Answers about your order:

How quickly will I receive a response to my enquiry?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. If it takes longer, we apologise in advance and your sales consultant will contact you as soon as possible.
 


Do I have a named contact person?

One of our Sales Consultants (an expert in their field) will be your dedicated contact. This person will of course be deputised during holiday periods.
 


How do I know which label/material/format is the right one?

Our sales representatives will recommend the right label for your application after a detailed needs analysis. Of course, we can also provide samples for you to try out.
 


How do I get samples?

Our sales representatives will be happy to send you samples - simply send a request via our home page. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
 


Can I test larger quantities of samples in advance?

Yes, this is possible. Depending on the quantity/requirements, you will be charged for a trial order.
 


How do I order? By email? By telephone? In writing?

If you are a new customer, we ask that you place your order by email, including your full company and address details. Existing customers are welcome to order by phone with their personal sales representative.
 


Do I get a proof in advance?

You will receive a proof sheet with your quote, which you will need to approve when you place your order.
 


Do you confirm receipt of my order?

There is usually no confirmation of receipt of the order, but you will receive an order confirmation once the order has been placed. If you have not received a response within 2 working days of submitting your order, please contact us again.
 


Can I see the status of my order?

You will not be able to see the status of your order, but we will let you know the delivery week in the order confirmation - if the delivery date is delayed we will of course let you know.
 


How do I receive the quote/proof/order confirmation/invoice?

You will receive all documents by email – if you do not provide an email address for electronic invoicing when placing your order, we will automatically send the invoice by post.
 

 

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order is EUR 300.00.
 


What methods of payment are available?

Upon receipt of the invoice, we ask that you transfer the outstanding amount to our business account within the payment period.
 


Do you stock standard labels?

Yes, we have a large stock of standard labels - please contact your sales representative for more information.
 


I am not from Germany. Is there a local representative?

This depends on your location. If there is no local representative, we will be happy to assist you personally on site.
 


Does S+P Samson have a sample catalogue?

No, due to the specialised nature of our products and the fact that most of our products are custom made, we do not have a sample catalogue.
 


Does S+P Samson have an online shop?

No, due to our specialised products requiring explanation and predominantly customer-specific production, there is no online shop.
