Weatherproof Component Identification for Outdoor Storage

Supply chains in mechanical and plant engineering demand identification media that withstand both mechanical stresses in the shop floor and extreme weather conditions in outdoor storage yards. The toner fixation on the specialized plastic surface guarantees a permanently smudge- and scratch-resistant print result optimized for automated barcode scanning.

Flexibility via Combined Hanging and Sticking

The unique technological feature of the 9460 type lies in its mechanical versatility. It functions as a true combo medium, featuring both a sturdy area for hanging application via wire hooks or cable ties, and an integrated adhesive field. The specialized adhesive used is formulated to establish immediate, high initial tack even on greasy, oily, and dusty metal surfaces.

At the same time, the material satisfies the strict quality requirements of subsequent processing stages: after transport or the storage phase, the label can be peeled off the surface completely residue-free and without leaving any ghosting marks. Costly mechanical or chemical cleaning work on the components prior to final assembly is entirely eliminated.
