With an average length of service of over 13 years, we are setting a strong example even in times of generational change. This is well above average and shows how important a trusting and stable working environment is to us.

To show our appreciation and gratitude to our long-serving employees, we invited them to a special lunch together with the relevant department heads and management. In a relaxed atmosphere, we celebrated many years of cooperation and honoured the commitment that characterises our company.
